When I first learned I had ADHD, I was going over all of the tools I had created for myself with my Nurse Practitioner. She loved them all but the one she asked me to share with you right away was my Daily Planner.
This will keep you moving forward every day - even on the bad ones.
Even if it's only 1% today. It might be 10% tomorrow!
